Cong Caphe (Vietnamese: Cộng Cà Phê) is a coffee shop chain that you’ll find all over the larger cities of Vietnam like Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. They offer a wide range of coffee concoctions but the most popular (and most delicious) are their frozen drinks made with coconut milk. Every Cong Caphe has a Vietnam War vibe as they were modeled after theViệt Cộng also known as the National Liberation Front. The barista uniform is a green, military-like get-up, complete with a matching hat.
